I ran across this page that talks about standard page elements. The page "Testing Greeked Page Templates (Alertbox 1998)" discusses looking at pages that have been "greeked" by removing all true text and replacing w/ "random" latin text. In theory, the test subjects should be able to still identify the nine standard page elements. It should be noted that I found the link on 4GuysFromRolla.com in a "how-to" article on greeking your page w/ random latin text. Yes, I know that greek <> latin... I'm just using the same terms they use in the article.
