An interesting article about open-source content management systems that area available. The article, entitled "Open-source CMS: On the rise" looks like it might be a starting point for a new php based system. The packages considered are Zope, Midgard, OpenCms and Red Hat CCM. At minimum, it discusses some of the major concerns associated w/ choosing a content management system. This could be a prelude to items which should be considered for an org management system.
